Khukuri Attack Outside Dohori Sanjh in Birendranagar
Surkhet. A khukuri attack has been carried out on a person outside 'Visit Karnali Dohori Sanjh' located near Bulbule in Birendranagar Municipality-10.Jivan Kumar Shahi, 33, a resident of Kalagaun, Birendranagar Municipality-4, was injured in the incident, according to the District Police Office, Surkhet.Around 10 PM last night, a group of 4 people attacked Shahi with a khukuri during a minor dispute outside the dohori sanjh.'He sustained a head injury and has been sent to Karnali Province Hospital, Kalagaun for treatment,' said Kabindrasingh Bohora, spokesperson for the District Police Office, Surkhet.
