Kathmandu. The Ministry of Finance has prepared the guidelines for the upcoming fiscal year 2083/84. The government has a constitutional obligation to present the budget in Parliament on Jestha 15. Accordingly, the Ministry of Finance has finalized the budget guidelines. Joint Secretary at the Ministry of Finance, Tankaprasad Pandey, stated that the guidelines have been sent to all ministries.
