NRB introduces measures to check interest rate rise
Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has reviewed the monetary policy after the completion of the first quarter of the current fiscal year 2022/23 with an aim of preventing further increase in bank interest rates by managing liquidity in the banking sector.
Kathmandu, Dec 20. NMB Bank has announced the highest interest rate of 9.133% in “Aapan NMB Bachat Khata” to encourage savings in Madhesh Pradesh. In addition to providing highest interest rate, the bank will also be providing a free debit card, credit cards, dollar cards, DEMAT, MeroShare, CRN, and other exciting facilities to the customers.
