Kathmandu. Two points have been added to the definition section of the draft House of Representatives working regulations. The draft, which is being prepared to be submitted to Speaker Dol Prasad Aryal (DP) shortly on Tuesday, includes new provisions in clauses (c) and (j) of the definition section under Section 1.
