Kathmandu, Jan 19: The Election Code of Conduct -2082 for the upcoming March 5 election to the House of Representatives (HoR) has come into force from last midnight.Spokesperson of Election Commission Narayan Prasad Bhattarai said that a meeting of the EC convened on Sunday took the decision to this effect adding that implementation of the election code of conduct is aimed at holding the polls in a free, fair and fearless manner.The code of conduct has already been published in the Nepal Gazette.The EC implemented the code of conduct by exercising the authority granted by the Section 22 of the...
