Education Minister Sasmit Pokharel Clarifies ECD Facilitator and School Staff Funding
Kathmandu. Minister for Education and Sports Sasmit Pokharel has clarified that the amount given to Early Childhood Development (ECD) facilitators and school staff is not full salary but only conditional grants from the federal government.
