Home Minister Leads Delegation to Inspect Election Preparedness in Remote Lalitpur Areas
Kathmandu. Targeting the upcoming House of Representatives election (on Falgun 21), a high-level delegation led by Home Minister Omprakash Aryal has left for an on-site monitoring and inspection of polling stations in various remote areas of Lalitpur to assess election preparations and overall peace and security. The delegation includes Home Ministry Secretary Rajkumar Shrestha and spokesperson Anand Kafle, among other high officials.According to the Home Minister's private secretary, Parshuram Pokhrel, the high-level team is scheduled to conduct on-site monitoring today of polling centers in areas like Bungmati, Gotikhel, and Lele in Lalitpur to understand the election preparations and security situation....
