Jhapa. Senior leader of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), Balen Shah, is heading towards a spectacular victory in Jhapa Constituency Number 5. He has surpassed his closest rival and CPN-UML Chairman, KP Sharma Oli, by more than 31,000 votes.Shah has secured 42,543 votes, while Oli is limited to 11,427 votes. Pokhara. Khadakraj Poudel (Ganesh) of the Rastriya Swatantra Party has been elected from Kaski Constituency Number 1. He won by a margin of 21,294 votes.Poudel secured 30,481 votes, while his closest competitor, Tilak Ranabhat of the Nepali Congress, received 9,187 votes.
