Rupandehi, Jan 8: Chairman of the Federal Contractors Association of Nepal, Rabi Singh, has called for a conducive environment to work for the construction entrepreneurs.Inaugurating the 19th annual general meeting of the Association's Lumbini Chapter on Thursday, Chairman Singh viewed that the environment of confidence should be created in the country and the entrepreneurs should not be troubled to speed up the construction works.
