Kathmandu. The Department of Hydrology and Meteorology has stated that Nepal is currently under the partial influence of the western wind system. Due to this influence, some areas in the Terai region are experiencing fog, while the Koshi Province and the mountainous and high hilly regions of the country have partly cloudy skies.This afternoon, fog and mist will persist in some parts of the Terai region.
