Kathmandu. The Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Security has implemented a new code of conduct for employees working in the ministry and its subordinate bodies. The code of conduct, issued after the restructuring of the ministry, aims to regulate employee conduct, service delivery, and administrative discipline. The ministry stated that the code of conduct has been implemented to bring employee behavior and work style within clear standards in order to make public service impartial, transparent, accountable, and service-oriented.
