Students close to opposition alliance stage protest against House dissolution (Photo Feature)

KATHMANDU, June 24: Students affiliated to the sister organizations close to the opposition alliance staged a protest demonstration against the ‘unconstitutional’ dissolution of the House across the country, on Thursday afternoon.  Five student organizations close to Nepali Congress (NC), CPN (Maoist Center), CPN-UML’s Madhav Nepal faction, Janata Samajbadi Party (JSP)’s Upendra Yadav faction and Rastriya Janamorcha (RJM) staged demonstration along Exhibition Road in Kathmandu and other places across the country at 3 PM.   The participants claimed that the recent episode of the dissolution of the House of Representatives (HoR) was an attempt to dismiss the hard-gained federal democratic republic system, rule of law and the constitution.  See the photos.
