Koshi Province Assembly Finalizes Agreement to Use Biratnagar's Birendra Convention Hall for Sessions
Biratnagar. A formal agreement was signed on Sunday between Biratnagar Metropolitan City and the Provincial Assembly Secretariat for the operation of the Koshi Province Assembly.
