Besishahar-Chame Road Blocked by Landslide
Lamjung. The Besishahar-Chame road has been completely blocked. The road was blocked this morning after a landslide occurred at Kharkhare cliff in Besisahar Municipality-6. According to Gyanendra Bahadur Kshetri, information officer at the District Police Office, the road has sunk about 200 meters north of the landslide site. America. Three Nepali organizations in America have handed over 226,000 US dollars in aid to Foreign Minister Shishir Khanal for the BhoteKoshi flood victims. Representatives of the concerned organizations handed over separate checks for relief aid of 120,000 US dollars from NH Nepali Samaj, 93,000 US dollars from America Nepal Helping Society, Virginia, and 13,000 US dollars from Gurung Society Inc.
