KATHMANDU, July 13: Home Minister Bal Krishna Khand has urged the parliamentarians to help in passing the 'Nepal Citizenship First Amendment Bill 2079' introduced in parliament. Stating that the government has brought the bill in accordance with the constitution so as not to deprive millions of Nepali citizens of their right to citizenship, Home Minister Khand requested the lawmakers to help in passing the bill.
