सरकारले नेपाल विशेष सेवा ऐन २०४२ लाई संशोधन गर्न बनेको अध्यादेश जारी गर्न राष्ट्रपतिसमक्ष सिफारिस गर्ने निर्णय गरेको छ भने प्रदेश तथा स्थानीय शासन सहयोग कार्यक्रमका लागि नर्वे सरकारबाट प्राप्त हुने करिव ५ मिलियन अमेरिकी डलर र स्वीटजरल्याण्ड सरकारबाट प्राप्त हुने करिव २ दशलमव १ मिलियन अमेरिकी डलर थप अनुदान सहायता स्वीकार गर्ने निर्णय गरेको प्रवक्ता खरेलले बताए।
