Paul Shah Rape Case: Read the order issued by District Court of Tanahu

KATHMANDU, March 25: The District Court of Tanahu on Thursday ordered to send actor Paul Shah in custody for further trail as the actor seems to have raped the minor. “The evidence acquired so far shows that Purna Bikram Shah aka Paul Shah in raped the minor promising her of marriage. So, the court orders to send Shah to custody for further trial,” reads the order. After conducting a hearing on the case for two days, a bench of Justice Harischandra Dungana issued the order to this effect. Likewise, another defendant.
