Over 1,300 Residents Receive Free Eye Screenings in Parbat's Modi Rural Municipality
Parbat. A total of 1,358 citizens had their eyes tested during a free eye camp organized in Modi Rural Municipality here. The camp was conducted from Chaitra 8 to 15 with technical support from the Himalayan Eye Hospital, operated by the Nepal Netrajyoti Sangh.During the eye examination, cataracts were detected in 51 individuals. Modi Rural Municipality Chairperson Hiradevi Sharma informed that their sight was restored after surgery performed by specialists from the Himalayan Eye Hospital. She stated,
