Kathmandu, Oct 15: The public has been urged to immediately report any suspicious or unwanted incidents occurring in their homes or communities during the Tihar festival. Issuing a public notice today, the District Police Range, Kathmandu, called on all citizens to celebrate the festival in a cheerful and responsible manner. It encouraged people to contact the police control room at number 100 if they witness any untoward activities in their homes or neighbourhoods.
