नेपाल सरकार चिकित्सा शिक्षा आयोगद्वारा छात्रवृत्ति प्रदान गरि पढेका नर्सिङ, जन-स्वास्थ्यकर्मी, फार्मेसी सहितका सम्पूर्ण स्नातकोत्तर गरेका स्वास्थ्यकर्मीलाई छात्रवृत्तिमा खटाउँदा नेपाल सरकारको राजपत्र अंकित द्वितीय श्रेणीमा र स्नातक गरेकालाई राजपत्र अंकित तृतीय श्रेणीमा खटाउन पर्ने । हाल नेपाल सरकारको छात्रवृत्ति प्राप्त गरेर स्नातकोत्तर गरेका स्वास्थ्यकर्मीलाई सो अनुसार उचित व्यवस्थापन गर्न नसक्दा स्वास्थ्यकर्मी माझ चरम नैराश्यता छ ।

Kathmandu. Dol Prasad (DP) Aryal, Vice-Chairman of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), has been unanimously elected as the 10th Speaker of the Federal House of Representatives.
