KATHMANDU: The political landscape gears up as 20 parties submit their applications for the upcoming by-elections in Ilam and Bajhang, scheduled for April 27. Among the applicants, 20 parties seek representation in the House of Representatives (HoR), while 19 aim for seats in the Provincial Assembly.
