38,000 Students to Participate in Secondary Education Examination Across Karnali Province

A total of 38,000 students are set to participate in the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) starting from Chaitra 19 in Karnali Province.Khim Prasad Dhakal, Information Officer and Head of the Examination Branch at the Education Development Directorate, Surkhet, informed that a total of 38,379 students will take part in the examination from 161 centers across the 10 districts of Karnali Province, comprising 32,255 regular students and 6,124 grade increment students.He stated,

SriLankan Airlines Creditors Agree to 16% Cut on $175 Million Debt Securities
Kathmandu. SriLankan Airlines, the debt-ridden national flag carrier, announced on Thursday that its creditors have agreed to accept a 16 percent haircut on the principal of its $175 million debt securities.
