Pokhara. Bulldozers have been put into operation since Sunday in the process of clearing the Phirke riverbank. Pokhara Metropolitan City has started operating bulldozers after discussions and dialogues in various phases. Mayor Dhanraj Acharya informed that 20 structures were demolished in a single day on Sunday. According to him, 8 permanent and 12 temporary structures were demolished.There are 160 structures on the Phirke riverbank. He stated that these structures will be demolished within a few days.
