Kathmandu, Nov 14: Former Chief Justice Kalyan Shrestha has said the election to the House of Representatives should be forwarded in a way it materializes people's aspiration for change.During an interaction organized by the Citizen Group dwelling on contemporary political development and national affairs, the former CJ viewed the dissent deserves proper address and democratic process forwarded accordingly.
