The Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority has filed a charge sheet against Dr. Rampavitra Das, the office chief of the Veterinary Hospital and Animal Service Expert Center in Rajbiraj, Saptari, and light vehicle driver Bhogendra Yadav at the Special Court, Kathmandu.
