Kathmandu, Nov 13: The citizens who wish to register themselves in the voter's name list can do this through National Identity Card.In a post on her social networking site today, Prime Minister Sushila Karki said that the online service to register their names by the citizens themselves was started for the purpose of the voter's name list registration.With the service in place, the citizens with national identity card won't have to visit the Office of the Election Commission for biometric records.The voter's name list registration process will complete in four phases.
