Police arrest 14 cadres of Chand-led outfit for their alleged involvement in kidnapping teenage girl

KATHMANDU, March 12: Police have arrested 14 cadres of the outlawed Chand-led Communist Party of Nepal for their alleged involvement in kidnapping a teenage girl.
