Home Minister Balkrishna Khand said safeguarding of the Constitution and protection of the lives and property of the people was the first and foremost responsibility of the state.
POKHARA, September 19: Chief Minister of Gandaki Krishnachandra Nepali Pokhrel has said that good governance cannot be maintained without proper implementation of the Constitution.
Expressing good wishes on the occasion of the Constitution Day today, he said that political stability could be maintained through constitutional rule. "For political stability, the government, political parties, civil society and all the people need to increase their belonging and faith in the Constitution and increase ownership towards it," he said.
